Appointments are scheduled carefully and for what we anticipate to be an appropriate length of time for personalized and comprehensive care. We do not “overbook” appointments and we do not accept “walk-ins.” A cancellation fee is charged for appointments canceled without 24 hours of advance notice. Our physicians are on-call for our patients 24 hours a day, with a direct access number and no nursing triage or answering service.

Payment is expected in full at the time of service, and we will provide you with a detailed statement that you can submit to your insurance company. Our fees are based on time spent delivering care, whether that be in-person, via telehealth visits or telephone, reviewing records, or in communication with other treatment team members.

Please bring a copy of the patient’s immunization record, growth curve, and any recent labs. Additionally, please complete the registration and history forms that are provided by the office when you schedule.
