Appointments: Appointments are scheduled carefully and for what we anticipate to be an appropriate length of time for personalized and comprehensive care. We do not “overbook” appointments and we do not accept “walk-ins,” but we do our best to accommodate those with more urgent needs on the same day that they call. Our physicians are on-call for our patients 24 hours a day, with a direct access number and no nursing triage or answering service.

New Patients: Please bring a copy of the patient’s immunization record, growth curve, and any recent labs. Additionally, please print and complete these forms and bring them to your first appointment.

Financial: Our practice is out-of-network with all insurance plans. Payment is expected in full at the time of service, and we will provide you with a detailed statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan.
